What a Headache

I’d planned on posting a new do for ya’ll today, but I am currently being plagued by a migraine. It’s been here on and off for days. I just need to go curl up in a ball in the dark somewhere & hope this will pass soon. I’ve got medicine for it, but I think I am so stressed out lately, my head is taking it out on me & the meds aren’t helping a whole lot. Any of you ever have migraines? What do you do that helps? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I hope to be back tomorrow with that hairdo – I just can’t stare at my computer screen any longer! Thanks for your patience with me!

    Next time you get a migraine try to focus on a object for a few seconds the move your eyes only to another object but remember to keep your head in the same position don’t move your neck while doing this but keep doing that for a min or 2 and your headache should get better. I hope this helps

      Thanks for the tip. I’m always up for trying new things. Thankfully these days, because of physical therapy, I don’t get migraines near as often as I did when I wrote this post. But I still get panicky when they come on, so I’ll have to remember this! Thank you. :)
