Merry Christmas 2012

It’s started to be a tradition to share our annual Christmas card with you, our wonderful readers.  This year, instead of a silly card, like we’ve done in the past, we thought it was long overdue to have our family picture on our card!  So we wish you a wonderful holiday season – a most Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas-2012-from Babes in Hairland

We hope during this busy time of year, you will keep with you the true meaning of Christmas.  As I posted about not long ago, I belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and so this time of year makes me reflect on the love my Savior has for me and each of you.  In a world where so much bad happens, may we also remember there is also so much good.  I’m so thankful for the life and love of Jesus Christ and to be able to celebrate His birth.  I loved this short video about the birth of Christ, and like it admonishes us — I hope that  “Like the wisemen of old, we will seek The Christ and lay before Him the most precious of gifts, a broken heart and a contrite spirit.”  “May his precious spirit be with us and may He ever be the center of our celebrations.”

Merry Christmas from all of us at Babes in Hairland!
