I’m sorry I’ve not posted this sooner. Being out of town for almost a week, and trying to play catch up now is killing me! Plus trying to get on top of all my Christmas stuff is obviously a priority too. I’d planned on getting this up Tuesday morning, but we were hit w/a major snow storm and I spent most of my day dealing w/that. Also, for those of you that want to order Curlformers big kit, like the one I gave away previously – they now have them available on their new and redesigned website. If you look around long enough, you might find one of Bug’s pictures in their gallery of pictures! So go HERE if you want to see their redesigned site or purchase them. The prices are reflected in pounds, but there is an option to change the currency up in the right corner when you select a product. Remember, you can buy them at Sally’s too, but if you want the big kit, you have to buy them directly from Curlformers.
Thanks so much to everyone that sent pictures and shared their experiences with Curlformers. I think the vote is pretty much unanimous – everyone LOVES these as much as I do. You’ve used them on yourselves, as well as your dd’s, the neighbor’s and other family members and have had success. Some of you have said it took a few times to get the hang of them and get the curls to look like you thought they should have – but in the end, had success and can’t say enough about them!
This first picture comes from Keiko of her darling dd Miss B. She said her hair is so thin and brittle, but using the curlers just makes her hair look so full and might I add, oh, so cute. Yes, curls are fabulous for making thinner hair look more full.
These next pictures come from MaryBeth, the oh, so coveted winner of our Curlformer giveaway I had a couple months back. She told me that when they got them, she tried them in her hair and her dd wondered why she was wearing “her” curlers!
They also had a wedding to go to, so she used them in her dd’s hair and also on her SIL’s hair too, since they had enough from the big kit they won! Wahoo.
Jill sent these to me of her dd Miss A. I love that her tongue is sticking out in the bottom left picture! She said her dd was done playing “beauty salon” at that point! You have no idea how I can relate to that! We have so many silly pictures that don’t end up on here, because I’m trying to get that “perfect” shot for a hairdo!
One of my regular readers, Kara, sent me these. The first one is of her dd and the 2nd one is of her hair. She said her husband helped put them in her hair. She mentioned that she didn’t think they were the most comfortable things to sleep in, but was worth it since the curls lasted 2 days and her hair is rather thin & doesn’t normally hold curl very well.
These next 2 come from Audrey, and they love these so much she’s convinced half the ladies at church to buy them! She and her daughter use these regularly. Her dd looks very happy w/her curls! 🙂 So pretty.
Jennifer sent me these pictures of her beautiful daughter. She bought a big kit of Curlformers and has let other people in her family use them & they are all just raving about them. I just love how she did the dressed up headband (ironically I posted that a year ago yesterday – how time flies!), and then added the curls. Amazing. She said she did the headband first when she was fresh from the bath and then dried the back a bit, then added the curlers. Hope she doesn’t mind me adding the pic of her & her daughter too, because it’s fun to see who is behind these cute little girls doing their hair so pretty!
These next few come from Diana in Miami, and they found out about Curlformers from my blog. In her e-mail she said, “she is biracial-b/w and the formers work great in her hair!” She wore her hair like this for a dance recital & it is so cute. Diana gave a great tip too. She uses a bit of Curly Q Geles See from Curls.biz and if she sprays them a bit w/hairspray once she pulls the curlers out, they hold for 2 days.
And man, can you say beautiful eyes? What a cutie!
Abby sent me these of her daughter Miss L. I’ve yet to see anyone using the long skinny blue & green ones, so I was excited to get her pictures. She said no curlers have worked in her dd’s stick straight hair until they used Curlformers. Yeah! 🙂 I just might have to get some of these size for Bug’s hair, since her hair has gotten so long. These turned out great & she looks so pretty.
I got these from Rachael, who now uses Curlformers all the time. She said her daughter normally has “straighter than straight” hair so these work great for them. She looks so cute.
Catalina sent me these two pictures of her oldest daughter who has hair down to her waist (and might I add, very beautiful hair!) She did the “veil” hairstyle first on her, and then put the curlers in afterwards. It turned out simply beautiful. And as it seems to be the case w/everyone, they too, love Curlformers!
Britta sent me this picture of her cute dd Miss A., from their family photo shoot they had back in October. They pulled the hair up in front first, and then the curlers after wards. They turned out absolutely darling .
This one is from Shelby on their first attempt using Curlformers. They turned out so cute, and they too, love these!
Wyndee sent me these couple pix of her 3 year old. They bought the long & skinny ones and also got amazing curls.
There you have it. The overwhelming response from all of you with amazingly beautiful daughters, with such fabulous curls! Thanks again to all of you that sent your pictures. So, see, I’m not the only one who can get these results! They really do work. And just in case you were wondering, since I’ve talked so much about these – Curlformers doesn’t pay me or anything to rave about their product – I just love them and want to share the love! 🙂 I’ll have a regular hair share up next month, so if you want to show off what you’ve done, curls or no curls, feel free to send me pictures!
I promise to have a new do up soon. I have a lot of them just needing to be posted, it’s just trying to find the time that is the problem!
