Hopefully this helps if you don’t know how to do a fishbone or fishtail braid. I guess some people call them herringbone braids too. But regardless what you call them, this is how you make one! Let us know if you have any questions!

FINALLY a video I can understand! I’ve seriously been trying to do this for years and almost all the other videos I’ve seen ended up with knots in my hair & me sitting there wi no idea what to do! Even written directions made me crazy! I’m currently rocking fishtail pig tails & I’m so proud of myself! Almost woke up hubby to show him my success but decided against it. I don’t think he would share my enthusiasm at 1am for braids! 🙂
