First off, I hope everyone had a great Halloween. Secondly, this is a call for anyone that did anything fun, creative, crazy, fancy schmancy, or cute with their DD’s hair — to send your pictures my way. I’d love to see what you ended out doing, and if you are willing, I’ll post them on my blog to share with the rest of the hair-do-loving mommies! That way, for next year, others can have even more great ideas as Halloween approaches. After all, this is all about sharing, right?! Anyone wanting to share their ideas (costumes too, if you like) please e-mail me by next Sunday, November 9th. Then I’ll get a post up shortly thereafter.
And as long as we’re on the topic of other people sending in pictures, I received these from Jenny a couple weeks ago and forgot to include them in my last post. Thanks for sharing Jenny.
Here she did the Rope/Twist Braid Switchback across the top of her DD’s hair.
And here is her version of Braids, braids & more braids. She said her DD’s hair isn’t long enough to loop them up quite like I did, so she altered it just a bit & look how cute it turned out.
And then from the fishbone video (at the end of that post)she came up with this cute one. I think she did 2 on the other side as well. Darling stuff!
Anyway, thanks again to everyone who shares their pictures. It’s inspiration to us all! Remember, send those Halloween ideas this way by November 9th. In case you don’t have my e-mail it’s in bold on the sidebar at the very bottom of the “Welcome to Hairland” section!
