We are continuing our tradition of sharing our yearly Christmas card that we send out to our family & friends with you, our wonderful readers – who we also consider our friends. Thank you for another fabulous year. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you. I have to say that this has probably been our favorite year yet, due to our book being published and because of all the amazing experiences and opportunities we’ve had because of our blog & book. And again, to you we say thank you.
Along with being a fabulous year, it has also been one of many trials for our family. But I know the trials as well as the blessings make us grow, and if it weren’t for the Gospel of Jesus Christ, I could not have made it through. Along with sharing our Christmas card, we also hope you will take the time to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas. During the holidays, and all year long, our hope is that you will remember that the first gift of Christmas was not wrapped. It was a gift of life, of hope—given by a loving Father to all His children: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son” (John 3:16). Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of the world. He is the Christ, He is Christmas, and He is the Gift.
Wishing you a peaceful and wonderful Christmas.
And for a fun “trip down memory lane” feel free to check out our Christmas cards from Christmases past HERE! It’s sort of fun to look back and see how much the girls have changed.
Also, I’d love to send you a free gift for Christmas — no strings attached. A while back, I posted about what brings me peace and joy in this life and what I believe. I’d love to send you a Book of Mormon and Testimony packet that includes 30+ other bloggers thoughts and feelings on Jesus Christ as well. You can read more in my post I’m a Blogger & I’m Mormon to find out about the packet, and about me. It’s truly free and sent without any obligation so contact me if you’d like me to send you one.

Hello, I have an issue that I hope you may be able to help me with. I have a friend with very long hair (a couple of inches past her bottom). She likes her hair, though frankly her Mom likes it more. : ) She would like to be able to style it sometimes so it ‘looks’ shorter (mid-back). I once saw a video on YouTube that demonstrated a way to do that but I can’t find it anymore. Do you know how to do it or do you know of a video which can explain how to do it? If so, it would be much appreciated!
