We’re back from Disneyland (and had a fabulous time btw!), and apparently while I was gone, my photo bucket account decided to crap out on me so I got that fixed, and I think I’ve pretty much got my issues figured out with my SD card but since I’m playing catch up after the vacation (why is it so much work to go on vacation?!) I’m going to leave you with this great tip for the day – in video format. Also, I had a mountain of e-mails waiting for me, so hang in there while I’m trying to wade through them. I will get back to you guys!
A while back I told you guys about a fun new hair accessory site called Happy Heads Bows. Well she posted pictures a while back showing a neat trick on how to keep a bow or flower from falling out of your dd’s hair. It took me a few tries to figure it out from the pictures, but I’ve decided this is just pure genius & we do it all the time. Hopefully she doesn’t mind that I’ve made a quick video of it to share with you. She stretches the rubber band down under the ponytail – but in the case that you don’t have a hair style to wrap the rubberband around – doing it the way I show solves that problem! Even clips that have a non-slip thing on them don’t always stay put — so this seriously solves the problem. This holds up to hard playing kids and school — and even kept bows in during full days of Disneyland rides! It’s been nice not worrying about losing our favorite accessories any more! So thanks so much Happy Heads Bows for being so clever!
