W is for Wishing Well I can't believe how quickly the time has passed since we started doing our ABC hair series back when school started in the fall. And now the kids barely have a month left! So exciting that we're nearly done with the alphabet! There were several different ways I could have done this, but we opted for one that was a bit more "free floating" than some of the other letters in the past have been. No bobby pins or anything required in this one and it was pretty quick. It ... continue reading...

Criss Cross Twists into a Bun
I was recently in major need of some serenity and so last week Jenn and I took some time out from our crazy lives and found ourselves a quiet little corner of the world in which to be still. While we were enjoying some quiet from the hustle & bustle of daily life I saw a beautiful gal wearing this style. She had pretty dark hair and while this style is so simple it just spoke volumes to me for some reason! Hers differed a bit from this, but I'm totally in love with this style! I've done it 4 ... continue reading...
Letter Q Hairstyle
"Q" is for Queen Bee I realize it's been a while since we posted an ABC Hairstyle, but life gets crazy & we wanted to get a few of our Valentine's Day styles posted, so these took a back seat for a bit. This one isn't too different from our Letter O style - so let's get started. Step 1 - Make a ponytail Be sure to make it a rather high ponytail up on the back of the head so you've got room to form the shape of your Q. Step 2 - Divide the ponytail in half and make 2 rope/twist ... continue reading...
Letter M Hairstyle
"M" is for Monkey I know it's been a while since we posted our last ABC hairstyle, I went out of town for a week to Vegas to hang out while my husband was at a convention & attending meetings all day. So instead of doing the girls hair, I was curled up with a good book & thoroughly enjoying my view: Anyway -- So now I'm playing catch up with everything, including blogging! So on with the hairdo ... Part the hair from ear to ear & down the middle of the head. Pull the hair ... continue reading...
Our Segment on The Daily Dish
We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed great time with family and friends - and of course had plenty of yummy food! Our holiday was so great and I have so much to be thankful for. As I mentioned in our last post, we were asked to appear on a local TV show called "The Daily Dish." If you missed it or aren't local and couldn't tune in they posted our segment so we thought we'd share it with you guys. We had such a fun time. They'd wanted us to come show some "holiday ... continue reading...
Letter K Hairstyle
K is for Karlee (Bee's BFF!) We're slowly but surely making our way through the alphabet! On today's agenda - the letter K! This one is pretty easy & quick too. Start by parting the hair straight back down the middle of the head. Then part to the ears so you have 2 sections of hair. Make a pony tail with each & then make a rope/twist braid. If I do this again, I'll probably just do regular braids because they tend to be a bit stiffer in the whole "molding" process! Secure ... continue reading...
