I had good intentions to get new Easter hairstyles posted, but between painting our house and trying to put it back together, major school projects (as you read this we are probably at the regional history fair!) and other life happenings, I haven't had time to get our new hairstyles uploaded. For some reason I've been drawn more to a bunch of Bee's toddler hairstyles lately and so I thought I'd share a round up of a few of my favorites that would be perfect for Easter. These pretty styles can ... continue reading...

Triple Flipped Ponytail Hairstyle
This is a perfect style for a school morning and took us no time at all. It's not rocket science but looks really pretty. Best part is you can do it with or without a Topsy Tail and you don't have to have really long hair to make this style work. Step 1 - Part out rectangular section of hair You could do this right down the middle of the head, but I think it looked really nice off to the left side. So I purposely parted a bit on a diagonal. I started at the right temple and sectioned the ... continue reading...
Criss Cross Braids
I actually shot this tutorial clear back in May 2009, less than a year after I'd started this blog. I was going back through old photo files a couple weeks ago and stumbled up on all these pictures. I must have uploaded them into my family picture files instead of into my hairstyle files and it just got lost in the thousands of pictures I've taken over the years! I must have done this right on the heals of one of our all time favorite styles Wrap Around with Little Braids. So there's nothing ... continue reading...
Half French Braid Hairstyle
I've seen similar things to this style out there, so I am not claiming this to be my own creation. I do claim it to be pretty & so we wanted to share our tutorial with you! For those of you that struggle with full French braids, doing them "one-sided" or half-way tends to be a little easier I think. This whole style is made up of half-French braids, you just change to which side you are adding the hair half way through. Step 1 - Make a part on top of the head We opted for a bit of a ... continue reading...
French Braid to a Fishbone Braid
This was one we did a while back for church on Sunday. You don't need as long of hair as Goose has, but obviously you need to be able to make a French braid as well as a fishbone braid. I think I've been on a fishbone braid kick lately! Step 1 - Make a French braid If you need help with French braiding, you can watch our French braid video here. Stop adding hair to your French braid once you reach the top of the ear. Step 2 - Secure with a rubber band Step 3 - Wrap the rubber band ... continue reading...
Rolled Heart | Valentine’s Day Hairstyle
We have one more quick Valentine's Day hairstyle for you today. I'd actually tried something like this last year and only had pictures of the finished product, so I redid it and took some more pictures for you. I know there are similar styles out there like this where the hair is "twisted" or "french twisted" (sort of like in my twisted bang video or Ever After Twisted Crown) (adding hair in a little at a time around the heart shape), but I wanted to try make it a bit easier for those of you ... continue reading...
